The NHS Minor Ailment Service is for people, including children, who prior to all prescriptions becoming free were exempt from paying prescription charges.   The pharmacists at Torphins Pharmacy can advise you on a number of common conditions and, if they think you need it, can give you a medicine on the NHS without you having to pay for it.


No need to make an appointment - just pop along to the pharmacy at a time that suits you (see our opening hours page for details).


If our pharmacist feels that it is better for you to see your GP then they may refer you directly or suggest you make an appointment with your GP.
